Just pick a traditional gender, adjust the name popularity and press generate. If you find a name you like, lock it and and explore how it looks with other names.
Use the mutators to alter the names as they are generated, add titles, doubled barrelled names or even force alliterations for the craziest names possible.
There are billions of possible combinations.
