At Nanny Now our customers safety and security is our #1 priority. This is why we undertake an extensive pre-screening process for our nannies. This includes:

- Validation of Working with Children Check (WWCC), a government issued background check which includes a national criminal history check and a review of workplace misconduct records.
- An identity verification process
- We also gather information on their qualifications, experience in the industry and their relevant health and safety training
