Your body is a gym! Get fit, build strength and lean muscle, and improve your overall health without a single piece of exercise equipment. Anytime, anyplace, get a good full body workout with NoGym.

This is not a data entry app. The point is not to track how many pushups you can do in 30 seconds, it is to do your best every time.

NoGym is a timed workout like you would get with an instructor in a class.

I've selected fundamental exercises that use large compound movements involving big muscle groups, but you can literally do them anywhere.

Select from three time-based difficulties: Easy, Medium and Hard. Then just press the Start button, put down your phone and get ready. NoGym will lead you through a timed circuit of five body weight exercises. Each time you complete all five exercises that is a set. A NoGym workout is three complete sets with a short rest period inbetween.

Easy Difficulty:

- Five exercises, 30-second work interval, 30 seconds of rest between sets, 3 sets total.

Medium Difficulty:

- Five exercises, 60-second work interval, 30 seconds of rest between sets, 3 sets total.

Hard Difficulty:

- Five exercises, 90-second work interval, 30 seconds rest between sets, 3 sets total.


Many of these exercises can be done with dumbbells or resistance bands for increased difficulty if desired.
