NT3 is a Network Ticketing Tool application and used to get the generated tickets.

NT3 stands for nectar trouble ticketing tool. It is ticket based application which is managed by individual as well as hierarchical organizations. In this application we have managed different modules to operate all the raised tickets. The main purpose of this application is to work on each and every incidents, problems, change management, Services, Configuration or any kind of tasks which have to be resolve within organization at given time.

NT3 gives you the ability to analyse the impact of an incident or a change on the various services and contracts that you have to fulfil.
