Sri Lankan crabs are selected for their size and naturally sweet flavour for our signature charcoal-roasted crabs. Choose from a total of 8 different cooking styles, from the popular salted egg to the classic chilli crab with deep-fried mantou.

With over 30 years of experience, each and every one of our suckling pigs are painstakingly roasted, with impeccable control over heat, to achieve the perfect balance of crackling skin and succulent meat. Our suckling pigs are spectacular in flavour and quality.
