The PAYLOADdriver app has 2 main users: Logistics driver and Commodity driver.

The main purpose of this app is for the owners to transmit all information relevant to pick up and drop off to their respective drivers for that particular task.

Once a logistics driver receives information on a particular order or task that needs to be completed all relevant information is shared with the driver. The driver also updates the status such as “Picked up”, “In Transit” and “Dropped off” in order for the customer to know the status of their goods or cargo. The driver will have the address and contact details at pick up and drop off points. Once the driver has dropped off a particular order a unique 4 digit pin would need to be entered on the PAYLOADdriver app in order to successfully close the order. This unique 4 digit pin will be displayed on the PAYLOADcustomer app for this particular order and the customer will present this pin to the driver upon completion of the task.

The commodity driver will need information relevant to drop off only as pick up is from the commodity owners location. The driver can update the status such as “Picked up”, “In Transit” and “Dropped off” in order for the customer to know the status of their goods or cargo. Once the driver has dropped off a particular order a unique 4 digit pin would need to be entered on the PAYLOADdriver app in order to successfully close the order. This unique 4 digit pin will be displayed on the PAYLOADcustomer app for this particular order and the customer will present this pin to the driver upon completion of the task.
