Pinched allows to modes, Employer and Job Seeker. Create a profile in the mode that's for you then get swiping.

Employer Mode
In Employer Mode you can create a simple Profile then move on to create countless Job Posts for the positions you have on offer. Once you submit you Jo Post, you can get swiping through shortlisted Job Seekers swiping left if they aren't the right candidate or swiping right if you like what you see.

Pinched allows Employers to message or call Job Seekers directly within the app making it fast and secure to interview of contact your Job Seekers.

Job Seeker Mode
In Job Seeker Mode you can quickly create a Profile which forms your 'Resume' or 'CV'.

Depending on the information you put into your Profile, you will immediately have access to all the relevant Job Posts enabling you to swipe right when you like what you see.
