Pinity:WorkFlow is the mobile console for agencies and partner companies that assign jobs to drivers and greeters. Track every reservation you create—anytime, anywhere.

How accounts & passwords work (for firms)
Invitation by operator: Your company is onboarded; admins receive an SMS/email link to set a password and invite teammates.
Self-registration + approval: Download the app, register with phone or email, verify via OTP, and request company access. Once approved, you’ll be notified to set your password and sign in.

Ecosystem
Pinity:TaskFlow (for drivers/greeters) sends live location & status updates.
Pinity:WorkFlow (for agencies/partners) displays those updates to monitor the jobs your firm created.
(Optional) If you also use Pinity:FirmWork to create reservations, they sync to WorkFlow and to TaskFlow instantly.

Privacy & location
WorkFlow does not collect background location of agency users.
Live locations shown in WorkFlow come from authorized TaskFlow users (drivers/greeters) who share location only while on duty.

Device note
This app is designed for iPhone only and is not optimized for iPad.

Public availability (not a private app)
Pinity:WorkFlow is publicly available. Any eligible firm can request onboarding or register and seek approval to monitor their reservations. It is not limited to a single company.
