In his most recent multimedia endeavor, noted photographer Platon introduces POWER—an unprecedented collection of portraits featuring over one hundred of today’s most compelling and influential political figures.

Compiled over a twelve-month period at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, POWER offers a strikingly intimate look at the presidents, prime ministers, dictators, and revolutionaries who define our contemporary global community.

For the first time, Platon presents his signature style of portraiture on the iPad, accentuating the emotional candor and rich detail that are so native to his work. In addition to a beautifully enhanced visual experience, POWER includes an introduction from David Remnick—celebrated editor of The New Yorker—along with audio commentary, individual political biographies, and an interactive map, indexing leaders by regional geography.
