RebAb is a call tracking and service management system for service teams. The name RebAb stands for a German acronym of “computer based work reports”.
RebAb was developed by Scheidt & Bachmann for the parking and leisure systems division and is used worldwide for tracking, controlling and accounting of service orders within the parking service units.
The general service workflow is as follows:
1. Entering new Service Order Customer issue gets entered by the service hotline into the RebAb database using RebAb Desktop or RebAb Internet
2. Assigning Service Order Service Manager assigns service engineer and intervention time (Appointment) for the service order using RebAb Internet
3. Information about new Service Order Assigned engineer gets automatically informed about the new assigned service order via his tablet or smartphone App and also via email
4. Processing Service Order Engineer drives to the customer, solves the issue and enters work report (work description, working time, material) into the RebAb database using tablet or smartphone App
5. Billing Service Order Back office is evaluating the entered work report(s) and sends invoice to the customer
