Recordsure Capture

Recordsure is face-to-face recording software that records your client meetings and uploads the audio record securely to the storage facility in line with your organisation's contract with Recordsure.

USAGE: You may only use this application in accordance with the Apple Standard License Agreement and in accordance with your organisation's contract with Recordsure.

CLIENT DATA PROTECTION: Your employer has supplied you with the terms and conditions and statement that you are required to confirm with any party whom you wish to record. These have been prepared in accordance with the data protection laws of the territories in which you are allowed to operate, and include the rights of the third party to request a copy of the recording from your employer or to request deletion.

EMPLOYEE DATA PROTECTION: Your employer will be able to access: the audio recording that you make; the data that you submit within the form; the reason that you provide for not using the Recordsure app in accordance with their approved external microphone. Your employer's staff handbook has been prepared in accordance with the laws of the territories in which you operate, and details the purposes for all accesses to these records and the rights you have to request copies or request deletion.
