This is an application for iPhone to figure out what size (mm) of lens to be used in order to obtain the same angle of view when a camera with different format is used.
For instance, What size (mm) of lens should be prepared for 35mm Super 1.78 camera in order to obtain the same angle of view as given by 2/3”CCD 16:9 camera having 25mm as focal length?
The answer is 62mm.
It is easy to figure out the answer because there are approximately 560 Camera Formats already setup.
As user-configurable custom formats are available, you can infinitely setup as you want.
