ResuReader

ResuReader is a resume acquisition tool and candidate database for employers and recruiters. ResuReader is not intended for job candidates who want to create or submit a resume.

Your ResuReader ID is your valid email address - you must verify that email address before first use.

- - Note: ResuReader is compatible with all iPhone and iPad models, but the paper resume scan function is only compatible with iPhone 4 and 4S models, and the iPad (3rd Generation).- -

Use ResuReader as a stand alone application, or synchronize it seamlessly to your own private database at www.socializedHR.com or with Taleo Business Edition (go to www.resureader.com for more information).

Use your mobile ResuReader to:
· Capture paper resumes, process them into editable text and parse them into candidate database fields, and store the data.
· Capture electronic resume files, parse them into database fields, and store the data.
· Capture business cards, process them into editable text and parse them into candidate database fields, and store the data.
· Take a photo of a candidate and store the photo in the ResuReader database.
· Capture or create candidate records in other ways.
· View and edit all candidates in a simple database.
· Rate candidates on a number of criteria.
· Comment on candidates with text or voice recording.
· Automatically stay in synch with the SocializedHR database that is created for your company (optionally), or with Taleo Business Edition. With that system, records can be printed, exported, and other features performed.

How ResuReader works with paper resumes:
1. A photo is taken of a paper resume with the iPhone or iPad's built-in camera.
2. The photo is transmitted to the ResuReader data server.
3. The photo goes through an OCR process where it is converted into editable text.
4. The text is “parsed” into standard database fields.
5. The data is transmitted to the iPhone or iPad, where you can view it and edit it.

ResuReader has a limited number of candidate records, unless you also use the SocializedHR web service, available at www.veechi.com.
