Once a quotation is assigned to a vendor by the admin, the vendor reviews the request and submits their pricing details. If the user accepts the quotation, the request is automatically converted into an order. The vendor is notified and can begin preparing for order fulfillment.
During delivery, the vendor is required to track the order status, and upon reaching the customer's location, they must collect an OTP from the user to confirm delivery completion. This process ensures that the delivery is accurately recorded and validated by the customer.
