App Store Description
Set-Viz allows you to visualise school/college/university test and examination data rather than staring at spreadsheets. This can be useful to:
- quickly compare set performance between different groups and teachers;
- explore and facilitate set changes where classes are streamed on ability;
- identify students who are outliers within their set or cohort;
- discuss teacher/instructor performance based on facts not feelings;
- engage in interactive one-on-one discussion with teachers/instructors about student performance.
Data can be imported from your iPad's local storage or from popular cloud drives such as Files, iCloud, OneDrive and Google Drive via the Files app on your iPad.
In order to import data successfully you need to create a new spreadsheet using Apple Numbers or Microsoft Excel. There should be three columns - the first should contain the set name, the second the student's name and the third their percentage score. There should be no headers, titles, gaps in the data or commas in names. This should then be saved as a 'CSV UTF-8' file. Full walkthroughs are provided.
