You can watch Exercise videos from some of the best instructors at various leading clubs and follow fitness training plans from their fitness trainers. Our educational videos and posts help you deal with emotional/mental stress along with offering Pilates and Yoga training and Nutritional counseling.
Smart Health Club Fitness app uses the Health app (HealthKit) that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
