Spartan Workouts

Train like a Spartan and become a Legend!

Inspired by the ‘300’ workout? Think you are strong enough to train with the best? We shall see!
Spartan Workouts is an application designed to challenge you with 45 increasingly more difficult gym workouts. You start off as a Spartan recruit, with only a handful of workouts available. As you complete the workouts, depending on your performance, so you gain ‘Shields’ which allow you to climb the Spartan ranks. As you climb the ranks, so more and more workouts are made available.

Complete them all, and you may just become a Spartan Legend!

Overview:
When you select a workout you are given an overview of the workout, listing all exercises.
When you start the workout so the timer starts and the first exercise, including reps and weights, is shown. If you are unsure of the exercise, a video of the exercise is also displayed.
Once you have completed that exercise, you click next, and the next exercise is shown and so forth. You can pause the workout at any time if required.
Once you are finished you are given a break down of the workout time and whether you were glorious enough to earn a shield and maybe a rank promotion!
The more shields you earn, the higher your rank increases, the more workouts are made available and the further you progress to becoming a Spartan legend!
