Push yourself to your limit!
Speed Up: Pace Trainer will get you running faster by providing continuous feedback on your pace. After you set your desired speed, your phone will alert you immediately if you slow below that pace. You’ll be running faster in no time. Speed Up is great for 5k, 10k, or marathon training; weight loss; cycling; cross country; track and field; or any other athletic event for which you have a speed based goal.
Use alongside your favorite fitness apps. Speed Up is not intended to be all inclusive. Let Speed Up provide the continuous feedback and use another app to track your distance.
This is a perfect app based substitute for expensive GPS watches. Great for runners just beginning to set pace goals that don’t want to spring for an expensive GPS watch to provide pace alerts.
Choose from 3 different alerts: pause your music, vibrate your phone, or beep.
Choose from 4 different pace metrics: miles per hour, minutes per mile, kilometers per hour, and minutes per kilometer.
Control playback of music on your phone from within the app. Set up a custom playlist that is saved between sessions.

Notes:
- Requires iOS 7 or above. Works best on iPhone 4s, 5, and 5s.
- Requires GPS location hardware (iPhone).
- Continued use of GPS running in background can dramatically decrease battery life.
- Music pause alert and music controls will only work with music onboard your phone.
