#1 Skill-Based Poker with Real Money Prizes!
An unusual solitaire game inspired on the rules of Texas Hold’em. If you like Poker, competitive tournaments, and earning real money using your poker skills, then this is a game for you.
Be smarter than your rivals and beat them in head to head, tournaments or events with your cunning and speed. You will face opponents with the same cards, given in the exact same order as you, so your skills and speed will make the difference in order to get the best points with hand combinations and time.
In a poker hand there are several combinations of 5 cards that have different values. For a player that already knows these poker combinations and how the betting works, this game will be as easy as playing a Texas Hold’em game.
These are the poker hand combinations, ranked from highest (five of a kind) to lowest (high card/no pair):
Five of a Kind – At Stars Poker: Cash Tournaments this combination is not possible as the joker or wild cards are not present in the game. This is a hand that contains five cards of one rank, such as four threes and a joker.
Straight Flush – This is the highest possible hand achievable in the game. A straight flush is a hand that contains five cards of sequential rank, all of the same suit, such as Q, J, 10, 9, 8 of hearts. An ace can rank either high (as in A, K, Q, J, 10 of hearts, an ace-high straight flush, also known as royal flush) or low (as in 5, 4, 3, 2, A of diamonds, a five-high straight flush), but cannot simultaneously rank both high and low, (so Q, K, A, 2, 3 is not valid). The suit doesn’t affect the rank.
Four of a Kind – Is a hand that contains four cards of one rank and one card of another rank, such as 9, 9, 9, 9, J ("four of a kind, nines"). It ranks below a straight flush and above a full house. Each four of a kind is ranked first by the rank of its quadruplet.
Full House – Is a hand that contains three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank, such as 3, 3, 3, 6, 6.
Flush – Is a hand that contains five cards all of the same suit, not all of sequential rank, such as K, 10, 7, 6, 4 of clovers.
Straight – Is a hand that contains five cards of sequential rank, not all of the same suit.
Three of a Kind – Is a hand that contains three cards of one rank and two cards of two other ranks, such as 2, 2, 2, K, 6.
Two Pairs – Is a hand that contains two cards of one rank, two cards of another rank and one card of a third rank (the kicker), such as J, J, 4, 4, 9.
One Pair – Is a hand that contains two cards of one rank and three cards of three other ranks (the kickers), such as 4, 4, K, 10, 5.
No Pair – Is a hand that does not fall into any other category, having nothing.
