StronGrips App solves all this in easy way and totally #free. You can log and track your milestone movements in your powerlifting, weightlifting, functional training, Crossfit®, or cardio trainings.
Under 3 main categories; Barbell, Gymnastics and Endurance, you can log your Personal Records for more than 400 movements. Plus, you can see the historic data of a certain movement and track your progress. Then you can see yourself in the Leaderboard. With advanced filter feature, you can define the categories and compare yourself with your peers.
On top all these cool features, StronGrips App provides you a perfect workout timer with 3 main modes: For Time (Count Up), AMRAP (Count Down) or Interval. With its clear design, the StronGrips App will be your best training partner.
KG – LBS Weight converter and percentage calculator are additional useful features of StronGrips App where you don’t loose time to make the calculations for your strength trainings.
Features:
- Log and track your personal records (PR’s) for weightlifting, functional training, Crossfit®, powerlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular workouts.
- Under Barbell section, you can choose your movement among 250+ movements and log your heaviest lift for 1 Rep Max, 2 Rep Max, 3 Rep Max and 5 Rep Max.
- Under Gymnastics and Endurance sections, you can select your category as Rx or Scaled.
- In the Leaderboard, you can filter workouts under Barbell, Gymnastics and Endurance.
- The advanced Filter feature provides you to choose among Movements, Gender, Age Groups, Country, Category (RX-Scaled).
- The Timer has 3 main modes: For Time (Count Up), AMRAP (Count Down) or Interval.
