What is it about?

This platform is to manage problems that arise in a City. It allows for all stakeholders to participate constructively in making the City more efficient while taking care of day to day issues such as road sweeping, parks maintenance, street lights etc. Through a web portal, all the assets such as pavements, trees, street lights, dustbins etc . shall be added as assets with unique serial no. The citizens through the mobile app can report the issues and stage wise update of the status of the ticket shall be sent to the reporter. At the back end, proper resolution of the reported problem with remedial actions shall be entered. The ULBs and the Municipalities can set the SLA and fault resolution timelines for controlled and timely action on the reported issues. This data shall also be utilized for doing root cause analysis of frequently reported issues. The application shall serve to bring in discipline in the workforce deputed on ground, since it also serves as an attendance management portal.
