TAO Artist

TATTOO ARTIST downloads App and adds Profile, Experience and Artwork for a super small monthly fee. Then TATTOO ARTIST CUSTOMERS search for Artist when Customer downloads the App!

Customer searches for Tattoo Artist by Artist's name, city or shop name.

Chats with Artist, Uploads Pics" back and forth. Chats about deposits & quotes for tattoo work. The customer sends an Appointment Request time to the Artist.

Artist receives an Appointment Request from the Customer. Artist clicks Accept or Adjust date, time and add payment request. Artist ADD Detail Notes (tattoo work and deposit & quote details). A request is sent to the Customer.

**** EACH APPOINTMENT scheduled has SEPARATE $$ dollar AMOUNT agreed upon to be paid by Customer when EACH appointment is accepted by Customer and THAT SAME appointment is Finished. Artist's app will deduct and calculate the remaining balance due between Initial Amount and Final Amount balance.

--IF-- Only deposit is requested on the first appointment. Example: $50 deposit due after appt = Enter $0.00 due to upfront for Initial Amount > Customer clicks Accept appointment and enter $50 in Final Amount for the balance due > Customer clicks Finished.


---OR--- Example: $50 deposit due upfront > Customer clicks Accept appointment, enter $50 Initial Amount and enter $50 in Final Amount, leaves a $0.00 balance due > Customer clicks Finished.

--OR-- Deposit payment is requested upfront when Customer clicks Accept appointment and balance of quote due when an appointment is Finished. Example: Enter $300 TOTAL quote in Final Amount = enter $50 Initial Amount" deposit due upfront > Customer clicks Accept appointment and leaves $250 balance due > Customer clicks Finished.

--OR-- Follow-Up appointment can be for PARTIAL or FULL payment. Example: PARTIAL payment = Enter $300 for quote in Final Amount = Enter $150 Initial Amount upfront > Customer clicks Accept appointment and leaves $150 balance due > Customer clicks Finished.


--OR-- FULL payment = Enter $300 for quote in Final Amount = Enter $0.00 due for Initial Amount upfront > Customer clicks Accept appointment and leaves $300 balance due > Customer clicks Finished.

The customer receives Appointment Booking Request from Artist, clicks Accept appointment and makes requested $$ payment to Artist.

Artists can Reject a Requested Appointment or Reschedule or Cancel an Upcoming Appointment.

Artist clicks Start Service on App and then tattoo work begins.

When work is complete for EACH appointment, Customer clicks Finish and pays the remaining balance due to Artist.

Artist can click Finish and Close appointment if Customer DOES NOT make their final amount due payment through the App --OR-- If Customer reschedules appointment --OR-- If Customer does not make their appointment time.

The customer sends ANOTHER Appointment Request with NEW $$ quote from Artist to complete work or to start a NEW tattoo.

Block Out own time on the calendar by clicking "Bubbles of Time" on schedule, or click on "Block Out" the whole day.


Auto Subscription
ArtistSubscribe to Artist Membership for $7.99 per month. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
