Reviews of The Carrier:

"[The Carrier] was a good story and fantastic use of iPhone technologies." - Dave Banks, Wired.com

"The Carrier is a densely plotted story that manages to mix political intrigue and covert government spy action with tense, interpersonal drama all spun together for the modern Jason Borne audience... I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this series. It’s well-written, it’s fast-paced, it has action, it has mystery, it has car chases, shoot-outs, and plane-hijacking, it has a lot going for it." - Brian Andersen, Newsarama

"He didn't just put a book on the iPhone, he actually created a whole digital experience which is actually very cool." - Bryan Deemer, Comic Geek Speak

"This is one comic app where they used all the iPhone had to offer to tell an enjoyable story, and that is rare." - Dan Tabor, Geekadelphia

The story:

You wake up. You have a briefcase chained to your wrist.

You don't know how it got there.

You don't know what's inside.

What would you do?

That is the story behind The Carrier, a globe-spanning action and espionage comic book about a man with a briefcase, a deadly virus, a group of international terrorists, the people trying to stop them... and the mystery of what's in the case.

The Carrier is more than just a graphic novel on an iPhone, however. This iPhone app is a multimedia experience that unfolds in real time over the course of ten days. Simply put, if something happens at 3:21 a.m. in the comic, you read it at 3:21 a.m. in real life.

Additionally, The Carrier takes advantage of the iPhone as a platform to include geolocation-based extras and emails that complement the story, creating a digital experience outside the panels of the comic. This is not your average comic book app!

In total, The Carrier is 35 chapters (some very short, some longer) totaling 680 screens.
