Introducing KT Method - a unique strength and fitness training program crafted to align and heal you through the power of movement. With this work, you will “re-program” your body and unlock your most vital, fittest self.
Founded by award-winning health and wellness expert, Karly Treacy, KT Method is total body fitness for women to transform, strengthen and change what they think is possible.
KT Method offers 55 minute sessions to get moving:
“The Training Class” is a blend of aligned cardio and strength that activates and integrates your whole body.
“Yoga Sculpt” is a heart-rate boosting yoga flow that creates strength and mobility.
RE-PROGRAM IN-PERSON
