TLEX FLOW has been conceptualized and created by TLEX trainers who train leaders in corporate, academia, and not-for-profit organizations, who are practitioners of mindfulness for two decades. The guidance and tips in the App come from our trainers’ collective experience and wisdom that is a result of walking the talk.
