Remebering numbers is important but its hard. Track+ is a brand new casual tracking app for the iPhone that has a beautiful minimalistic interface.

Features:
- Track+ has simple, beautiful & minimalistic interface.
- Track many things at the same time.
- Track values daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, entire total or at different points of time.
- Graph showing trend of last ten values.
- Shows Last Value, Max, Min and Average.
- View all the values you entered with date and graph.
- You need to enter only the number, optionally a note if you want.
- Choose your favourite color for each card.
- You can delete last value, if you entered it wrong. (Swipe accross the last value in back side of the card.)
- You can edit the title of the card later if you want a better name. (Long press the title on the back side of the card.)
