Discover more about the Trossachs, Scotland using this free app which was runner up in the RSBP Nature of Scotland Awards 2016 innovation category. Covering the whole of The Great Trossachs Forest National Nature Reserve, the app provides information on walks, cafes and points of interest in the area. Use the GPS and geofence enabled features when you are out and about to reveal more about the landscape around you. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

The Great Trossachs Forest is one of the most ambitious woodland conservation projects to take place in a generation. Forestry Commission Scotland, RSPB Scotland and the Woodland Trust Scotland are working together and have a 200 year commitment to creating new native woodland. We are protecting and enhancing the iconic natural and cultural heritage of the Trossachs to have a lasting, positive legacy for people, wildlife and the environment for centuries to come.
