Uniguest Friends and Family

The Uniguest Friends and Family is an app that allows you to provide feedback on your travel.

When visiting a hotel, whether or not the property is a Uniguest customer, you can submit feedback on guest-facing items such as business centers, boarding pass stations, digital signage, in-room guest directories, etc. The purpose of this app is to learn from you, the end-user, and mold our product offerings to better enhance the user experience. With the F&F app, you can submit feedback of your most recent stay and track submissions of previous hotel stays.
