Subscribe via the app or on auxrmlevelo.com, then visit your nearest VéloMoove station to instantly pick up your e-bike.
Prefer convenience? Choose home delivery instead.

● Unlock it, ride on ●
Your e-bike is GPS-connected. Open the app to find where you parked, unlock it to ride, and lock it again when you arrive.
You can even use your phone’s holder and in-app GPS navigation to guide your ride.

● Easy charging ●
You’ll see your battery level in the app. Need a top-up? Unlock the battery via the app and charge it using the charger provided.

● Total peace of mind ●
If anything happens — breakdown, theft, etc. — just contact customer support and we’ll take care of it quickly.
