VIBA allows you to answer inbound video calls from customers based on the custom routing rules, and quickly see the context of the call (project, retailer, store, product, and more). Video chat with customers, share content with customers, and live steam demonstrations all from your iOS device. Forms are also available for capturing input about the call. The application also allows you to change your status (available or unavailable) as well as pausing video chat calls.
