The +Wellness app works with your organization’s wellness challenge. When you log in the content and colors change to match your organization’s challenge. Elements include:

• Activity tracking, connect to Apple's Health app to automatically import your step count
• Individual and team participation
• Friends feature
• Delicious, healthy recipes
• Inspiring daily health tips.

Note: The +Wellness app syncs with the web version of your organization’s challenge; you must create your account on the web version before you can use the mobile app.
