Residents and ratepayers can use this application to set up a customer service account and manage requests for service.

Our free e-waste collection service for residents can be booked using this App. It’s simple, all you need to do is book the service, then place your e-waste out on the grass verge for collection and within 48 hours (during business hours) we’ll collect it and divert your e-waste away from landfill to recycling. E-waste is one of the largest growing forms of waste in Australia and it is normally discarded in the Council clean-up or residential bins destined for landfill.
This service aims to recover e-waste separately for recycling which will:
• Reduce waste to landfill
• Recover valuable resources to be used again
• Protect our environment from harmful components in e-waste like arsenic and mercury
• Provide a free, convenient and easy solution for local e-waste.
