This app is a collection of tools that you can use exclusively for your structured training. It currently includes:
CSS Calculator
The CSS Calculator computes your Critical Swim Speed based on a 200m and 400m swim test.

Pace Zone
The Pace Zone Calculator determines your training zones for running sessions based on a 3km, 5km, or 10km test run.

TSS Calculator
The TSS Calculator calculates your current CTL (Chronic Training Load), ATL (Acute Training Load), and TSB (Training Stress Balance) based on your TSS (Training Stress Score) values to display your training load, among other things, in chart form.

Pace Calculator
The Pace Calculator calculates your speed and split times for each kilometer based on your distance and expected finish time.

Power Calculator
The Power Calculator estimates your current FTP (Functional Threshold Power) from a 20-minute cycling test and then provides you with training zones.

Heart Rate Calculator
Based on your maximum heart rate for cycling and running, the Heart Rate Calculator provides you with training zones if you train according to heart rate.

Interval Timer
The Interval Timer allows you to structure your workout by setting work and rest periods as well as interval repetitions, and displays these during your workout.

Multi-Stopwatch
With the Multi-Stopwatch, you can record interval and total times for up to 15 people with the same or different start times.

To-Do List
The To-Do List ensures you've got everything sorted and together on race day. A sample list for triathlon competitions is already included. You can also create your own lists with categories and tasks. Completed tasks can be marked as done or deleted entirely. At the category level, you can see at a glance how many tasks remain.

App Customization
To personalize the app elements, you can customize the menu bar in the settings according to your needs.
