YourGOV is an intelligent, accessible, and easy to use app for citizens who take pride in their communities. Use it to conveniently report non-emergency incidents and requests to local municipalities directly from your tablet, smartphone, or browser.

It’s easy to use.
In three simple steps, YourGOV will help you submit non-emergency incidents such as potholes, graffiti, and light outages.

•Locate
Locate the correct spot on the built-in map or let your device do the locating for you.

•Enter
Specify your issue. Provide a brief description. Include a photo if you’d like.

•Submit
Provide your contact information or submit anonymously. It’s up to you.

It’s efficient.
Once submitted, your incident report will be automatically integrated into your local municipality’s Cartegraph Operations Management System workflow for prioritization and handling.

*If the community from which you’re reporting doesn’t support YourGOV, Cartegraph will forward your submission to the appropriate municipality on your behalf. The more submissions they receive, the more they’ll realize that YourGOV is an app they need!
