【使い方】
1.ZEN集中モードをスタート
2.画面をつけたままスマホをおく。
3.スマホが動いたことが感知されると、バイブレーションと警告がでます。
【注意事項】
本アプリはアプリを起動した状態で使用しますので、画面を消した状態ではご利用になりません。
そのため、スリープ状態と比べてもバッテリーの消費が早くなります。
充電しながらの利用をオススメします。
