Back up import receipts, invoices and documents you may need at a later date.

Zign allows users the ability to save important documents using their camera. Snap a receipt for a new gadget you have purchased and your receipt is now saved in the cloud should you need it for the warranty at a later date.

The Zign app has three target audiences, that despite operating the same, will have different benefits and uses.

Individual users can back up any receipts for purchases that may be needed at a later date such as a new TV where the receipt is used as the warranty.

Retail clients, such as self builders, will use the app to store essential receipts (eg. Tool purchases/hire) which can be stored and accessed via the app.
If the user wanted to return an item, and the original receipt was lost or damaged, they could open our app, search by date, and the stored receipt would facilitate such a transaction.

For Institutional clients users of the app will be able to upload delivery tickets to our server/cloud. We will then extrapolate this data into a usable format.
This will enable us to keep our clients updated on the status of building projects in real time.

Further to this, we aim to improve client payment cycles by negating the risk of disallowed costs associated with large scale construction projects.
