Byline Receives Update, Brings Background Feed Syncing And Caching

The popular RSS reader app, Byline, has just received an update that allows for multitasking.
The updated version (3.2) now lets the app finish the syncing and caching process in the background. However, like many other RSS reader apps, Byline cannot fetch feeds on its own.
Additionally, the app now remembers where you were when you left it, and restores itself when you resume reading - which is pretty handy.
And, if you're one of the lucky few to have already received an iPhone 4 either yesterday or today, you'll be glad to know that the app now caters towards iPhone 4's Retina Display. All in all a rather good update if you ask me.
If you haven't heard of this great application, check out our review and head over to the App Store now. It's currently priced at $4.99, and is definitely worth the purchase. If you're the try-before-you-buy type, Byline is also available in an ad-supported free version.
