Impending Verizon iPhone Hinted At Through Droid 2-For-1 Sale?

Could the Verizon Wireless iPhone actually be more than just a dream?
The company's current 2-for-1 push on Droid handsets has got one site thinking that Verizon might be dealing out iPhones pretty soon - making tomorrow's WWDC Keynote all the more interesting.
Current and prospective AT&T iPhone customers are still not happy about the company's latest data plan announcement that hit the web earlier this week, and a loss of AT&T exclusivity could be the perfect solution to an unnecessary problem - especially if Verizon's data plans aren't price-matched against AT&T's.
Of course, this might just be a push to try and level the platform playing field between the iPhone and Android, which at the moment is downright uneven. Verizon did recently announce that they had no immediate interest in the iPhone - but as we all know, this means nothing.
Looks like we're just going to have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out.
