It's Time To Rock & Roll Out!
If you like side scrollers and simple puzzle games, then you might want to say hello to Wabba from the brand new game Roll Out, now available in the app store. This new OpenFeint-enabled title promises to be a great time and a great deal for only 99 cents.
Side scrollers have been a popular game format for almost 30 years with hundreds of game designers trying to create their own unique take on it. Artik Entertainment and Fishing Cactus decided to go for a simple, casual title and add a bit of a puzzle element to it. You pilot "Wabba" around a course, trying to find the exit. Where most similar games rely on jumping, or some sort of powerup, Roll Out uses a series of arrows to accelerate and bounce you around the course. The real difficulty in the game is figuring out which arrows to hit at what times, to get to the exit. The levels are very short allowing for it to be a great title to just pick up and play. OpenFeint integration allows you to compete against your friends and compare against other's scores worldwide.
