June 5, 2010
Do you love Tap Tap Revenge, but always hoped you'd eventually see "Tap Tap Josh Groban" or "Tap Tap Bee Gees?" Well, you may just get your wish in the next year.
According to a press release from Warner Music Group, they have entered into an agreement with Tapulous, makers of the "Tap Tap Revenge" and "Riddim Ribbon." Under the agreement, Tapulous will release four premium titles each featuring the greatest hits and rare remixes from popular Warner Music Group artists within the next year. Games that include multiple artists like "Tap Tap Revenge" and "Riddim Ribbon" will be able to access tons of new tracks from other popular WMG artists.
While this is a big win for for fan of music games, with over 5 Million songs sold through Tapulous to date, this will be a huge win for the recording artists and label.
