Skies Of Glory Online Multiplayer Takes iPhone Versus Android To The Next Level

July 19, 2010

If you're sick and tired of Android fanboys scoffing at our beautiful iPhone's little antenna problem, then Skies of Glory - an online multiplayer game that allows for iPhone vs. Android warfare - is the app for you. The free game (which is available now in the App Store), has recently been ported to Android (2.0+), and allows devices sporting Android OS to communicate with the iPhone through Wi-Fi, 3G or Bluetooth. This means the age-old war between iPhone and Android supporters may now be fought someplace new: the skies of WWII. The game itself is brilliant to play, and a combination of fantastic graphics with fast-paced gameplay means users will not be left disappointed. In addition to Skies of Glory's online multiplayer, the app's developer (Social Gaming Network) has also included a series of campaign missions for offline play. You can take a look at SGN's press released regarding Skies of Glory here. Alternatively, take a look at the game's trailer (below). And, be sure to let us know how the game works for your in the comments box at the bottom of this article! Thanks to Engadget for the find.
