The highly rated ngmoco game, Eliminate: Gun Range, is now available in a completely free, ad-supported form.
Available only a couple of days following the paid version's 1.1 update, which added touch controls to support iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch users, Eliminate: Gun Range Free offers the exact same experience but at a superb price tag of free.
Eliminate: Gun Range Free features 12 different weapons, 144 different challenges (12 per weapon), and 3 high-definition quality graphics shooting ranges. The game itself is simple. Choose your weapon, pick a challenge, and see how good of a marksman you really are. The more accurate you are, the more credits you earn. Credits allow you to purchase and use better and more powerful guns. Among earning credits and in-game medals, you can earn achievements and show your pride on global leaderboards through ngmoco's Plus+ social gaming network.
Interestingly enough, I didn't notice any ads in the free version. Whether this is a bug that will be corrected later on, ads that I just somehow didn't notice, or maybe ngmoco is just being really kind for now.
