Are you the kind of person who spends hours in front of the TV, clicking through channel after channel, often unable to find anything at all worth viewing? If so, you might be interested in the recently released Tunerfish.
Essentially, the Comcast-owned application acts as a social network platform for TV and movies. Users can share what they're watching, and in turn may discover which TV shows their Tunerfish friends are in the middle of viewing.
Tunerfish covers TV, movies, and online videos - and also includes "trending" video, so users of the app may discover which videos are most viewed by Tunerfish fans. Once users have discovered a new TV show through the app, they may easily update their status, informing others of the show. The app may also be synced with Twitter and Facebook.
The iPhone application is basic, but it's also free - and fans of Twitter will most likely enjoy playing around with the app. So, be sure to check out Tunerfish in the App Store now! And, as always, let us know your thoughts in the comments box below! Thanks to TechCrunch for spotting this, and for more information take a look at the app's official site.
