Vimeo Fully Embraces HTML5 - Check It Out On Your iDevices Now!

Adobe's doors might still be "open" for Apple, but the recent assurance doesn't seem to have stopped YouTube competitor Vimeo from making the move to HTML5.
Now, iDevice owners can head over to the site (http://vimeo.com) in Safari and fully interact with the online video service in much the same way they currently can with YouTube. This means iDevice users won't hit the dreaded Adobe-wall when attempting to access Vimeo's Flash-powered video site.
However, this move isn't exactly brand new: Vimeo added HTML5 support in January, though it was only available for some videos playing on some browsers. Now, all videos will be viewable in their "best supported" format, which is great news for iDevice owners.
And, what's more, Vimeo embeds are now iDevice-friendly - meaning they can be viewed on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch.
Additionally, a new "Watch Later" feature has also been added. Unsurprisingly, this gives users the option to watch a video later. In clicking the button, Vimeo saves the video to a playlist which users may revisit at a later date.
So, what are you waiting for? If you're reading this on your iPhone or iPad (or iPod touch), be sure to head over to Vimeo's site and interact with its many videos on your HTML5-loving iDevice. And, be sure to let us know how it works for you in the comments box below!
