It seems the new Apple TV firmware is full of mysteries and secrets. As 9to5Mac reports, a close examination of the firmware has presented two new iPhones, and an "unknown" device. The iPhone 4 we know is referred to as "iPhone 3,1" in hardware firmware. However, traces of two devices known as "iPhone 3,2" and "iPhone 3,3" have been discovered. Additionally, an "unknownHardware" is also present within the Apple TV firmware. You can check out all three devices listed in the screenshot above. So, what do you think? Verizon iPhone? Or a revised antenna design? And, what could the "unknown" device be? Some future version of the iPad? As of this moment, we've got no idea what these mysterious devices could be. But, we'll be posting when we do, so be sure to check back for regular updates!
