Epic Citadel Development Kit Coming Soon

We all know and love the Epic Citadel demo, which premiered a couple of weeks ago at Apple's special event. The app, which utilizes Epic Games' Unreal Engine 3, has proved to be immensely popular in the App Store. Many (including myself) cannot wait to download a full version of Citadel, or any such game with similar graphics.
The great news is that Epic Games has once again confirmed the impending release of its Unreal Development Kit. The kit would allow iOS developers to harness the power of the Unreal Engine in their own applications.
We already know that the first iOS game to use this technology will be Project Sword, which was demonstrated on stage at Apple's special event. However, the release of Epic Games' Unreal Development Kit will obviously bring about a whole load of new, Unreal Engine-powered games that will look stunning on our iDevices.
Let's not forget that Apple's recently changed terms of service have paved the way for Epic Games' SDK. It may have even been one of the reasons Steve decided to make Apple's rules more flexible. Who knows?
So far, Epic Citadel has been downloaded over 1 million times, and reviews in iTunes have been overwhelmingly positive. If you haven't already taken a look at what Unreal Engine 3 is capable of, be sure to check out the free Epic Citadel application on your iDevice now.
For more information on Epic Games' technology, you can watch their presentation at Apple's special event or check out their website.
