UK Apple fans will undoubtedly be familiar with The Daily Telegraph - a newspaper which has been hitting the stands hard since 1855. Over its years of service, the newspaper has seen many things. Recently, it bore witness to the launch of its digital self in Apple's coveted App Store - a move which had already been made by several other UK newspapers.
Telegraph for iPad, the app in question, arrived in the App Store a couple of days ago. And, it does pretty much everything you'd expect a newspaper app to do.
Users can browse through The Telegraph's content on their 9.7" iPads. Content is updated every day, at 5AM. Once you've downloaded the day's news, you can read it offline, wherever you like.
Navigation is made incredibly easy, as users can view the newspaper's articles and select which they'd like to read using a pop-out list. If you can tolerate the iPad's bright screen, reading The Telegraph on your iDevice is undoubtedly an enhanced experience. And, what's more - Telegraph for iPad is free for a limited time, so be sure to download it soon!
You can check out a couple of screenshots taken from the app below. It's available for free in the App Store now. And, though it's in its early days (version 1.1), Telegraph for iPad works very well. Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
