WaitList - Get Restaurant Wait Times On Your iPhone, For Free

Not long ago, we told you about OpenTable, the popular iPhone (and iPad) app which allows users to book a restaurant table remotely from their iDevice. Well, something similar was released not long ago. Dubbed WaitList, this clever iPhone app can tell you how long the wait is at your favorite restaurant, meaning you'll never be stuck in a restaurant queue again.
The app, which is developed by The Onion's A.V. Club, was released at the end of August and has so far received mixed reviews in the App Store. Most complaints revolve around the lack of support for many popular restaurants. Yet, as the app is in its first version, you can't really expect it to be bursting with information on every restaurant in the country.
Essentially, those who've managed to use WaitList love it, and the app has received quite a few five star reviews. What's more, the app is completely free, so you're not going to waste money if you download WaitList, but can't use it with any of your favorite restaurants.
The application itself is cleverly developed, and looks nice on your iPhone's screen. You can view restaurant wait times in a list, or on a map of your area (labels mark the queue times at nearby restaurants). The downside to WaitList is that it requires users to volunteer information on wait times, meaning the accuracy can sometimes be a little off. Users have to rely on others to supply the app's information, which is often not a great thing.
