Wake Up To Music And The Information You Want For Free With Alarm Clock Connect Lite

There are a lot of alarm clock apps in the App Store these days, but there are few that can wake you up to any of your iTunes songs and also give you a quick look at all of the important information for the day. Alarm Clock Connect Lite awakens you to music, weather, calendar events, and the latest social networking news for free. Alarm Clock Connect Lite is the free version of Alarm Clock Connect. Alarm Clock Connect Lite is supported by advertising and only removes a few features. McLean Mobile Solutions wants to give iOS users a chance to see exactly how unique and useful their app really is, without any risk or fear of regret. Set up to two alarms with the choice to pick which day(s) of the week they repeat. As an alarm, choose any song, podcast, or audiobook in your music library, or one of the six included musical shorts: acoustic, groovy, lightspeed, salsa, rock, and annoying. Alarm Clock Connect Lite even utilizes iOS 4′s local notifications to allow the alarm to sound if you close the app. After you manage to open those eyes and finally glance at your iDevice, you’ll be able to quickly check your to-dos and what’s going on in the world by simply swiping left or right. View any events you have set in the Apple Calendar app, see the current weather and immediate forecast, and even check out the latest post on your Twitter and Facebook feeds. We’re not completely through yet. To dim the screen when leaving the app open over night, just swipe to the very left pane. One last feature to mention, there is an optional 15 minute sleep timer for those who prefer to listen to music to fall asleep. You’ll want to connect your phone to the AC adapter if you plan to leave the app run all night. Finally, Alarm Clock Connect Lite requires iOS 4 and is designed for use on iPhone and iPod touch.
