Apple Adds New Games Section, Then Removes It?

Today, the Games section in the App Store received something of a makeover. As 9to5Mac reported, the new section included a What's Hot page, a Categories page, and a Genius tab. You can check out the new design in the screenshot above. However, following the launch of this section, Apple swiftly reverted back to the old Games section we're all familiar with:

We're not sure exactly why Apple pulled the updated section. Maybe it was launched prematurely, and if so, perhaps it will reappear pretty soon.
